Sammy is and never will be forgotten...After an 11 week fight she sadly passed away on the 10th april 2015 aged just 45.The most kind caring and courageous wife,mother,sister and daughter you could wish to meet...It was and is still a privilege to call you my wife...my Sammy ,see you soon hun xxxx john
